Verified rule

Retention targets are lower than upgrade targets

135 / 270 / 540 Qpoints in 12 months

Silver, Gold and Platinum retention use lower Qpoint thresholds, with an alternative doubled total across 24 months.

Conditions +

At least 20% of Qpoints or four sectors in 12 months must be Qatar-marketed and Qatar-operated; the 24-month route requires eight sectors.
