Privacy notice

How MilesVector handles information when you plan with points, compare flights or send feedback. Effective 15 September 2026.

Controller and contact

TiG Talents in Germany UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Im Mainfeld 23, 60528 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is responsible for this service. Managing Director: Shiyun Hu. For privacy enquiries and rights requests, email hello@talentsingermany.de. Commercial register: Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main, HRB 142545.

Your device wallet and planner

The optional wallet stores programme balances, status progress, targets, expiry dates, personal point values, your airport, card preference and saved searches in this browser. It is not an airline account connection and does not synchronise between devices. The balance planner evaluates your entered quote on your device. Saving, importing and exporting a wallet happens only when you request it. You can delete it on the Wallet page or by clearing browser site data. Unsubmitted planner entries are held in page memory.

Flight and status searches

When you request a flight search, this service receives your route, dates, cabin, traveller count, selected programme balance, member level, valuation and any optional earning inputs you provide. Other saved programmes contribute only the member levels and point values needed for comparison. A status scan sends entered status counters, the target and selected strategy inputs to our service. Travel search parameters are sent to Duffel; award route/date searches go to Seats.aero only if that optional integration is enabled. Wallet expiry dates and watch targets are not sent for searches. Identical flight offers may be cached for five minutes; selected flight details may be refreshed for comparison. Searches do not make a reservation.

Recipients and external websites

Duffel Technology Limited supplies flight prices and itinerary details for planning. Infrastructure providers deliver network traffic. This website has no passenger-details form, payment or checkout and does not submit live or test orders. External programme and airline websites receive information under their own policies when you follow their links. Any booking you choose to make is arranged independently on those websites; a link does not transfer a booking or a passenger profile.

Technical operation

Network delivery necessarily uses your IP address. Request logs contain time, request ID, method, path, response status and duration, but exclude request bodies and query strings. IP-based abuse counters are held temporarily in server memory and are not included in pilot reports. Operational logs are kept only while needed to investigate service or security issues, subject to any necessary legal preservation. Hosting access logs and backup retention depend on the deployed infrastructure; contact us for the configuration applicable to your visit.

Optional pilot measurement and feedback

Automatic pilot measurement is off by default. If you opt in, we count plan starts, completed plans, complete quote checks and selected official-link clicks, separated by points or status mode. You can withdraw by turning off the checkbox in either planner. Voluntary feedback sends your selected helpfulness answer and optional reason. No wallet values, routes, free text, advertising identifiers or visitor IDs enter these counters. They are combined into daily totals; reports cover the last 90 days and older totals are removed when counts are next saved. We cannot identify or remove one person's contribution from an aggregate.

Purposes and legal bases

We process information needed to deliver a service you request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. Protecting service availability and responding to voluntary product feedback rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), balanced against your rights. Optional usage measurement relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a). Necessary browser storage supports the wallet and navigation you request; the measurement preference records your choice. Contact messages are used to answer your enquiry and retained while it remains relevant or a legal retention duty applies.

International processing

Provider and hosting arrangements may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred to such a country, the applicable arrangement must provide a recognised legal transfer basis, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact hello@talentsingermany.de for information on recipients and safeguards relevant to your request. Any future booking, tracking or account-sync service requires an updated notice before introduction.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for future optional measurement. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a data-protection authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely through this planner. Providing wallet information and feedback is optional; a requested search needs its travel parameters to run.
